Love this gym, I been here 6 times now on day passes for the Olympia in 2021 and now 2023. I always have an amazing workout, the equipment is top notch including some rare pieces. A neck machine, horizontal calf, Atlantis glute kick back and some great new Atlantis selector equipment including an amazing hamstring curl. Place is very clean, employees are friendly and the members are awesome. If I ever live in Orlando I'm joining this gym before buying a house.

Mgr Otto did not walk out or kick out a male that I brought to his attention who was vaping in the men’s locker room. I was not shown any respect or appreciation by Otto for going out of my way to report this. The amount of vaping AND smoke right in the middle of everyone was brazen, defiant and SICKENING. Not at all like the pictures you place inside of your club, representing a wholesome, happy atmosphere… See below. What seemed like a good 5 minutes went by after I reported this to Otto before he went in there with Colin. I urged him twice in the 5 minutes to hurry into the locker room in order to catch the guy in the act. Instead Otto and Colin came out alone 2 minutes later - without the offender! I could not believe it. I cut my work out short due to the ordeal and went back to get my gym bag and the guy and his 3-4 buddies were all in there hanging out/holding court. I don’t feel safe in his vaping pad/lair aka the locker room. And according to what Colin told me awhile back staff had already confronted this guy when he was vaping out on the main floor and was “put on notice”. Why is enforcement about the no vaping rule so lax? Again, see the pictures below about the impression you’re trying to create about the club. And is it true the general manager Whitney also vapes in the club as reported in a google review? One more time and it will cause me to go elsewhere and leave more than a Google review. One more thing, could you address Otto’s lack of outward intentional customer appreciation and care as many other reviews on this site point out. That is part of the one star rating.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Absolutely bonkers (in a good way) how much equipment is here and how clean and well maintained everything is. Did an entire weeks workout while on vacation just using machines I’d never seen before. Staff was friendly and helpful, week pass price was reasonably priced. Would 100% come back here even though I can get into the nearby PF for free.

Best gym ever, 24 hours, not to mention equipment is always working. I never have to wait for a machine no matter what time of the day it is. Very friendly staff that constantly maintain the gyms cleanliness! Definitely recommend working out here!

I have been in the fitness industry for many years. While the equipment is good, the management is not. A broken stepper has remained broken for months. The cleaning stations are usually empty. These are things we can work around. The management could not care less about the patrons. A young girl with anorexia was told to leave and most recently a young man with autism was suspended for not racking in a timely manner. It seems the rules are selectively enforced so that management can get rid of the people they see as unfit. I managed a gym in the past. This is a really a mean place. I’m sure the response will be all about the problems involved with these two clients. Selectively enforced rules are bullying tactics!! Whitney should not be allowed to manage a gym
